Overlake and the City of Bellevue Department of Parks and Recreation invite you to Walk for Life every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. at Bellevue Square. There is no charge for the Walk for Life program.

Walk for Life is a safe, effective, low-impact and convenient way to exercise and meet new friends. Each day, a specially trained Walk for Life coordinator will be available to help you get the most benefit from your walking program. Walk for Life gives you a chance to exercise safely in a climate-controlled setting. This is not a medically supervised program.

It is easy to join Walk for Life. At the west end of Bellevue Square, enter through Sky Bridge 4 from the second level parking garage and sign up at the Walk for Life registration table located on the mall’s second floor at the south end.
