Job Title: Sales Lead
Store Name: American Eagle Outfitters
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for positively contributing to a customers shopping experience through knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service and maintaining store and personal appearance standards. Responsibilities: • Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor • Engage every customer with enthusiasm, passion for the AE brand • Provide assistance to customers by answering merchandise-related questions • Promote AE Credit Card to all customers • Meet individual sales goals • Replenish, size and fold merchandise throughout shift • Assist in cleaning and maintenance • Communicate to store management any customer needs or concerns • Assist in processing merchandise • Assist in merchandise and display changes • Ring up sales transactions • Perform other duties as assigned
Stock responsibilities • Must process min 160 units an hour • Have high standards and attention to detail • Have leadership skills, take responsibility for stock room 24/7 • Have tight operations and process driven Qualifications: • Minimum high school education or equivalent is desired, but not required • Minimum experience of six (6) months previous is desired, retail background preferred • Ability to multi task and move with a sense of urgency • High energy, enjoy talking to others, willing to be flexible! • MUST BE AVAILABLE weekends!
