jcoco chocolate opened this week and I toured their new and only store that features their chocolate delights! CEO of jcoco chocolate, Jean Thompson talked about how jcoco came about (the J in jcoco originating from her name) and the flavor combinations they come up with for their “couture chocolate”. Besides not needing another reason to eat some chocolate, Jean talked about their cocoa being sustainably source and many being Rainforest Alliance certified. The ingredients they use for their palette pleasing flavor combinations range from pistachio and fig for their dark chocolate bar, to cayenne and citrus to give white chocolate a punch of flavor, but make sure you stop in to see all of their different chocolate bars. My favorite, if not all of them, would be the Peanut Strawberry Baobob. A nod to Jean’s favorite childhood snack, the pb&j. Plus, they also have recommendations for pairing with cheese (who would have thought, but it works), wine, whiskey and coffee of course. Make sure to check out their store while they are “wrapped” in their Vanuatu Coconut Pecan bar, that is influenced by an island feel and shown through colors of blues and copper to fill the room. You will find gift-y items in there as well, a great way to come up with a last minute gift. I mean who wouldn’t want some cute accessories and chocolate. That sounds like a win-win situation to me!
Plus, enter-to-win one of five jcoco chocolate mini-packs to try out their yummy flavors for yourself! Enter below for your chance to win, now – June 30, 2015![formidable id=7]
