Lakehouse menus are subject to change to capture the essence of each season and local harvest. From burrata cheese with just picked local tomatoes drizzled with aged balsamic to squid ink bucatini Calabrian chili tomato brodo with clams, octopus and mussels to miso roasted halibut with stir-fried jasmine rice, fish sauce caramel and green beans to a dessert of salted caramel & Valrhona chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream, there is something to delight every palate.
