About Victor Cembellin

Victor has worked as an editorial, runway, special effects, and beauty makeup artist for the past 30 years. As a M.A.C. Senior Artist - Victor has traveled the globe working backstage with top industry runway designers and makeup artists, elite fashion publications, and providing makeup services for entertainment's Who's Who. Victor taught fashion and editorial makeup for over 5 years at The Academy of Art University. At his core he is a teacher, empowering makeup artists of all ages, races, and genders to elevate and unlock their own artistry imagination and skills.
