New + Next Student Designer Showcase

The New & Next Student Designer Showcase is a new addition to The Collective Runway Show, created to support and spotlight emerging fashion talent. In partnership with Central Washington University, Seattle Central College, Seattle Pacific University and Washington State University, the program offers selected student designers mentorship, industry insight and runway experience. With foundational support from their schools and guidance from fashion designers Deyonté Weather, Olayinka Ola and show producer Terri Morgan, students will debut their original looks at the 20th anniversary of Fashion Week at The Bellevue Collection.

Meli describes his aesthetic as bold, vibrant, and unapologetically pink. He is excited about the growing emphasis on sustainable fashion and meaningful design.
