Snowflake Lane Parade Route

Where can I watch Snowflake Lane?

The Snowflake Lane parade takes place on Bellevue Way from NE 4th Street to NE 8th Street between Lincoln Square and Bellevue Square and is visible from both sides of the street.
Due to the popularity of this event, there will be a change in how the show is viewed from the Lincoln Square side of the street (east side of Bellevue Way). Prior to the closure of Bellevue Way, all visitors must remain on the sidewalks.
Lincoln Square (East Side of Bellevue Way):
• Once Bellevue Way is officially closed, blue cones will be placed on the street of the Lincoln Square side of Bellevue Way.
• When the building lights turn blue, guests may step off the sidewalk onto the street to the blue cone line to view the show.
• Guests must remain behind the blue cone line and may be seated on the ground in the first row.
Bellevue Square (West Side of Bellevue Way):
• Once Bellevue Way is officially closed, the building lights on the Bellevue Square side will turn red.
Guests must remain on the sidewalk on Bellevue Square side for the duration of the show.
• There is no standing in the street on the Bellevue Square side.

Which side of the street should I stand on?

The parade loops along Bellevue Way allowing both sides of the street to see the full parade.

Does Snowflake Lane offer ADA areas?

The street and sidewalks along the Snowflake Lane parade route are ADA-compliant. For the best experience, it is recommended to view the show from the Bellevue Square side (west side of Bellevue Way). If you prefer the Lincoln Square side, you can align yourself near the curb cut or line up on the drive at The Westin (NE 7th Street) so you are prepared to move to the new street viewing area once the cones are in place. For ease of viewing, we recommend attending on weeknights and arriving early. For more information about this year’s viewing area change, please read the FAQ titled, “Where can I watch Snowflake Lane?”

What is the best way to find a spot to watch the parade?

As this is a highly attended show, it is recommended to attend early in the season and during weeknights (Monday – Thursday) to get the best spot as we experience the most visitors during weekends. Fridays through Sundays, it is recommended to arrive at least one hour before the show begins and allow extra time for parking.
